Leading ITSM communities show strong support
As key organizer for this event, EXIN was proud to be working closely with influential ITSM names such as itSMF Hong Kong Chapter, ISACA Hong Chapter, and BSI in the organization of this year’s conference. By hosting this independent ITSM event, the Chinese community had an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the international ITSM arena, as well as share their own ITSM domestic experience.

“This year’s annual conference made big progress over previous years, not only in terms of the attention that has been received from Chinese ITSM community for the ITSM event, but also in terms of the event content, quality, and support from the international and national ITSM experts. By attending such a great ITSM event in China, we realized the organizer EXIN is truly, deeply an independent leading ITSM institute and adds great value to the Chinese ITSM community,” said Zhu Wenbin, the vice president of the Beijing Easthome.
