ITIL® candidates who have passed ITIL® examinations are eligible to join the ITIL® Successful Candidate Register (ISCR) available online through the ITIL® Official Site. This online register lists candidate name, exam and candidate number.
With ITIL® fast becoming one of the world’s largest frameworks for best IT practices, it is essential that professionals can prove their acquired knowledge to potential employers or customers.
This register contains all of the successful candidates for both the ITIL® version 2 and 3 product lines that have chosen to have their exam achievements made available to the public.
Protecting the rights of the individual IT professional is absolutely crucial to EXIN. General educational privacy regulations restricted the release of personal candidate information without the express consent of the candidate. A new interface which has recently been added to our Web site allows candidates to give permission to have their ITIL® credentials made available in the public ITIL® database. Only candidates that have actively given EXIN permission to have their details released can be found on the ITIL® official register.
Do you want your data to be included in the ITIL® Successful Candidate Register? Please submit your details using this webform. Note that only exams completed via EXIN will be verified and submitted to the ISCR.FAQ1. My name is not shown in the register. What does it mean? What should I do? Successful candidates are not automatically added to the ISCR. You will need to give EXIN permission to release your information. Please submit your request via the webform.
2. Does the register list all of the certificates I have earned? No. The ISCR will only show the ITIL® certificate you designated when submitting the online form. If you would like to have additional ITIL® achievements listed, then you will need to submit a new request per individual certificate.
3. Will you submit my entry to the ISCR for exams that were taken at another exam institute? No. Only the exams that you completed at EXIN will be submitted to ISCR via EXIN. If you took your ITIL exam from another exam institute, you will need to contact them to verify your details and have your achievements submitted to the ISCR. 4. Can I remove myself from the register? The ISCR is maintained by the APM Group. Please contact the APMG service desk for details on how to have your information removed.5. How long does it take for my information to be available on the register? After you have submitted your details, the EXIN service desk will verify your information. This information will then be transferred to APM Group on a scheduled basis to be added to the database. This process will take approximately 4 weeks. If your information is not available on the ISCR within this timeframe, you may contact the EXIN service desk at service@exin-exams.com.
